Rules


Dear guests!

Our holiday apartments and accommodation for fitters should be a second home for you. You should feel comfortable and be able to relax.

WWe have put a lot of effort into the furnishings and hope that you will find everything you need. The following house rules are intended to help you have a harmonious stay. We have also listed a few rules which we hope you will understand. By treating the apartment properly, you will help us to continue to offer you and other guests satisfactory accommodation in the future.

General

If you are missing anything in the facility or if you need help, please do not hesitate to contact us. All items that are in your apartment or garden, or that belong to it, may and should be used by you. Please handle all of the furnishings and inventory with care and treat the rental property with care. Please ensure that your fellow travelers also comply with the rental conditions. We ask that you leave the utensils provided in the apartment and not take them with you.

Payment

After receipt of your booking, the full payment of your overnight price is due via bank transfer/prepayment.

Additional costs

Water, electricity, heating and garbage are included in the rental price. These costs are calculated for normal consumption. In the event of above-average consumption, the landlord reserves the right to make an additional charge.

Kitchen

Please treat the kitchen furnishings and technical devices with care. Since a dirty kitchen is not a good thing for anyone, please only put dishes, pots and cutlery in the cupboards when they are clean and dry. Please do not put hot pots and other hot objects on the tables or worktop without a trivet. Always use a cutting board as a base for cutting. Please leave the inside of the oven clean and feel free to use the baking paper provided.

Damage

Nobody damages things on purpose, but it can happen to anyone that something gets broken. We would be pleased if you would let us know about the damage so that we do not have to wait until after you have left for the final cleaning. The tenant is liable for damage up to the replacement cost. When you arrive, we reserve the right to collect a damage deposit from you (depending on the rented apartment/house), which we will refund immediately after you have left the apartment in good condition.

Ventilation

To avoid the formation of mold, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently. At least one burst of ventilation a day (for 5-10 minutes), and especially after showering, is necessary to avoid the formation of mold.

Duty of care

We ask you to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and relatives also adhere to the rental conditions. The entrance door should always be closed and locked with a key when leaving the house. All windows should also be closed when leaving the apartment to avoid possible damage from storms or burglary. Water and electricity resources should be used sparingly.

Children

Parents are responsible for their children. If requested, we can provide you with up to two travel cots including bed linen, as well as up to two high chairs free of charge. Please just let us know what you require when booking.

Disposal

Waste is separated into residual waste, glass, organic waste, paper and packaging (plastic) with the green dot. An overview of the applicable rules for waste separation is available in every apartment (multilingual). Appropriate containers are available for you in the apartments/houses. Please only use waste bins and cosmetic bins in the bathroom with garbage bags and dispose of these closed in the residual waste bin. This is located in front of the building entrance at the garbage collection point. No rubbish, leftover food, harmful liquids or similar may be thrown or poured into the kitchen sink, toilets, washbasins or shower! Avoid anything that could lead to blockages in the pipes (no hygiene products in the toilet).

Cleaning

Should you make a mistake (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask that you clean it up immediately. We ask that you leave the holiday apartments/fitters' accommodation swept clean upon departure and put all used dishes back in the cupboards.

Final cleaning

The costs of the final cleaning are included in the rental price.

Quiet times

In the interests of good neighborliness, we ask you to observe public quiet times such as lunchtime, nighttime and Sunday quiet. Out of consideration, quiet should also be kept in the holiday apartment/fitter's accommodation itself between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., and no loud music and/or private parties should be held.

Smokers

Smoking is not permitted in the rented apartment/house. Please leave the holiday apartment to smoke. A smoking area has been set up for you in front of the house entrance door. We ask that you dispose of your cigarette butts in the containers provided instead of throwing them on the ground.

INternet/WLAN

There is a wireless Internet connection (WLAN) in the holiday apartment. A data sheet with the WLAN access data has been prepared in each apartment for you to scan. Alternatively, we have also included the access data in our automated email series. Using the Internet with your own WLAN-enabled device (notebook, PDA, smartphone, etc.) via the WLAN connection is free of charge. You use the Internet at your own risk; the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the tenant's Internet usage. When using the Internet access via WLAN, the WLAN usage rules must also be observed (see the following “WLAN terms of use”/ download). Please understand, however, that we (have to) protect ourselves against misuse with a signature from you.

Pets

In principle, bringing pets is permitted, but prior registration/consultation with us is required. Please register your animal companions with us so that we can make the appropriate preparations. A flat-rate pet cleaning fee of €25.00 is payable for bringing pets. You can pay this to us immediately after your booking by bank transfer/prepayment or in cash upon arrival.

Parking

Free, public and private parking spaces (suitable for cars, trucks/buses/sprinters and motorcycles) are usually available in sufficient numbers in front of our properties.available. You will receive parking instructions/directions by email one day before your arrival. House rules If repairs are required immediately, it may be unavoidable for the landlord to enter the holiday apartment without the guest's knowledge.


Keys

Please never let the keys out of your hands. Lost keys must be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement cost.


Access to the apartment via PIN code (NUKI electronic locking system)

One day before your arrival, you will receive the access codes to your apartment from us via email. Please do not pass the code on to third parties.


Liability

The landlord is not liable for the guest's valuables.


Arrival and departure

Arrival is usually daily from 3:00 p.m. or, if necessary, by personal arrangement. On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the holiday apartment by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. When you leave, the holiday apartment should look the way you found it. By booking the holiday apartment, we assume that you accept the house rules.
